    Your assistant logs how long the work took. One task earns 20 minutes at most.

    Daily cap

    Stop earning after an hour a day. Unspent minutes reset daily, weekly or never.

  • 10 PM

    Quiet hours

    Your assistant can't add minutes until 7 AM. Spending what you've saved still works.

  • 24 hours

    Looser rules wait

    Raising the cap starts tomorrow, so you can't bargain with yourself at midnight.

Is it free?

Yes, while Scroll Snack is in beta.

How are minutes worked out?

Your assistant logs how long the work took. By default an hour of work earns 20 minutes, one task earns 20 at most, and you stop earning at 60 a day.

Can I cheat?

You could ask your assistant to log work you did not do. Scroll Snack is for people who want the nudge, not a warden.

Which apps can I lock?

Any app on your iPhone. You pick them with Apple's app picker, and the list stays on your phone.

What if I need Instagram for work?

Spend 10 minutes, or take it off the list. Removing an app is a looser rule, so it waits 24 hours.
